Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Strategy & Analytics, Analytics & Cognitive in St. Louis, MO and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Leveraging analytics, robotics, and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, creating and managing large-scale organizational intelligence, and generating insights that catalyze growth and efficiencies. Managing day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Performing role of counselor and coach. Actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities. Providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimating time and resources needed for the development work. Working with vendor partners and development teams to provide best practice assurance across package utilization, customizations, integration, and maintainability. Working with business subject matter experts and analysts to understand business requirements, translate requirements into high level and detailed design, develop and unit test solutions, and support QA, deployment, and provide support. Participating in code and technical specification reviews for design. Leading and performing hands-on architecture, design and development of CRM, MDM, and marketing technologies including the configuration of related applications and the integration of them with systems. Utilizing enterprise applications Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle MDM, Oracle Enterprise Data Quality, Salesforce, and IBM Campaign (Unica). Working with programming languages Java, JavaScript, C#, VB.NET, C/C , and VBScript. Contribute to IT Enterprise Roadmap and ensure alignment to it. Working with Waterfall, Scrum, SAFe, CMM, and TOGAF frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Working with vendor partners and development teams to provide best practice assurance across package utilization, customizations, integration, and maintainability;

  • Working with business subject matter experts and analysts to understand business requirements, translate requirements into high level and detailed design, develop and unit test solutions, and support QA, deployment, and provide support;

  • Participating in code and technical specification reviews for design;

  • Leading and performing hands-on architecture, design and development of CRM, MDM, and marketing technologies including the configuration of related applications and the integration of them with systems;
