Deloitte Human Capital Analyst - Student Programs TS/SCI Poly Required in St. Louis, Missouri

Work you'll do

As a Human Capital Analyst for Student programs you will be assisting with the creation of the NGA Student Employment program which will include developing and maintaining program documentation, collaboration across HRM and across the agency, recruitment, marketing, & outreach work, and strategic communication/change management work. Individual must possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients at all levels.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

  • 3+ years of similar human capital project work experience

  • Experience with developing and maintaining program documentation

  • Experience with strategic communication/change management work

    Preferred:

  • Experience with recruitment, marketing, and outreach work

  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate with clients at all levels
