Deloitte SAP CRM Specialist in Springfield, Illinois

Work you'll do

  • Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, configuration, testing and implementation of SAP based Child Support solution.

  • Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals.

  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.

  • Facilitate Joint Application Design sessions.

  • Creates functional specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to application developers.

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP CRM. Configuration experience with SAP CRM is must.

  • Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP CRM.

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve software problems.

  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.

  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

  • Provide consulting services on new implementation

  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of SAP CRM implementation required

  • Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Travel up to 80% could be required in future to client site.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM implementation in Child Support project is desired but not required
