Work you'll do

• Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions * Problem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues * Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports * Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches * Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products * Assist in proposal development as requested * Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience * Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines * Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools * Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com * Utilizing object oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions * Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader * Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex, Designing user interfaces using Visualforce pages * Utilizing Eclipse as a platform for development, testing and code deployment * Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids

Preferred:

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience * Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology * Salesforce Certifications * Technical understanding of Lightning * Understanding Force.com, Communities, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud * Understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design
