Work you'll do

As an LMS Architect within our Workforce Transformation team you will:

  • Provide technical leadership to the project

  • Define LMS, SIS and core technical platform recommendations

  • Define leading practice approach to front-end and back-end integrations

  • Define product requirements and create high level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality and integration with existing systems platforms

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work

  • Assist in proposal development, as requested

  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 years of relevant experience

  • Technical leadership experience

  • Experience with Blackboard Learn, Canvas LMS, edX

  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

  • Some travel may be required (While travel may be required for the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or government consulting experience

  • Advanced degree in a related discipline
