Job Title: HRST People Analytics & Reporting, Program Evaluation and Sensing Manager (CL5)
People Analytics & Reporting collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. Our teams provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
The PAR Program Evaluation and Sensing Team collaborates closely with Talent stakeholders to support the evaluation of pilots, programs, and services (e.g., designing performance management pilots through A/B testing for meaningful insights, evaluation of learning and other talent programs) to ultimately bolster Talent's brand as a data-driven organization and to enable us to evaluate progress on business-driven talent priorities and to provide actionable insights.
PAR is looking for a Manager to support the measurement strategies related to the Talent Experience Initiative to define, quantify, measure, and report on Talent Experience as well as action against results through data-driven interventions.
Work you'll do
Define and Measure Talent Experience
Continue to define and refine how we conceptualize Talent Experience.
Refine and iterate on the Talent Experience Framework, goals, and associated metrics.
Design and identify measures (e.g., survey items) relevant metrics/KPIs that will be used to evaluate the Talent Experience goals.
Design new ways of measuring the Talent Experience and Employee Voice (e.g., exploring new datasets and technologies and capabilities (scraping external sites).
Collaborate with the business to understand new topics.
Conduct preliminary analyses to provide insights into Enablers, Talent Experience metrics, and Beacon metrics as well as psychometrics into the measurement of Talent Experience. Collaborate with PAR Data science team to conduct advanced data analytics to understand the data deeper.
Build Internal Measurement Tools
Design and oversee Talent Experience internal team and leader dashboards that incorporates measures (e.g., survey items) and relevant metrics/KPIs.
Cross-PAR collaboration to optimize measurement across the entire Employee Voice data collection (i.e., leverage more passive data, scan survey landscape, gap analysis, map items to the Talent Experience Framework, develop library of survey items and results to help with trending)
Investigate tools that help monitor and administer Firmwide Actions (e.g., Nudging) (Future State)
Insights Advisement and Coordination
Advise Talent Experience team on Talent Experience framework and action strategies (e.g., data-driven interventions) based on internal and external research.
Project manage and serve as point-of-contact across various across Workstreams (e.g., Talent Experience, HRST, Consulting)
Pull all cross-PAR data and insights together (e.g., collaborate with PAR Data science team to conduct deep analytics) with the goal to tell a coherent roadmap and story.
Collaborate with Digital Enablement to explore and identify measurement tools (scraping tool, survey tool).
Provide ongoing Talent Experience results and insights to influence talent experience strategy.
Design, Implement, and Evaluate Firmwide Actions (e.g., Nudging) Strategies
Provide Firmwide Actions (e.g., nudging) ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights.
Design evaluation and experimentation approach to understand Firmwide Actions (e.g., nudging) strategy success and refinement.
Master's degree Required - PhD preferred
5+ years of applied experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting with people data
Strong Social Sciences Background (e.g., psychology, anthropology, behavioral economics, sociology)
Analytical and quantitative skills, including ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases and drive improvements. Experience with data management and analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Python, R
Strong research design and measurement capabilities (e.g., operationalizing constructs, multi-trait, multi-method design experience, survey design/development)
Attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to summarize and present information (including data insights) in a way that provides clarity and interest.
Outstanding project management skills, including the ability to design and lead multiple projects under tight deadline.
Ability to interact with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, assess complexity and determine timelines.
Strategic thinker, creative problem-solver and influencer; leverage knowledge and experience to resolve issues and remove project barriers
Innovation experience and interest in emerging sensing technologies a plus (e.g., surveys, text analysis)
Experience implementing data-driven interventions (e.g., nudging)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,070 to $175,080.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
