Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Human Capital group you will:

  • Advise and assist leadership in planning, executing, and evaluating leadership development initiatives and programs across the client's organization

  • Recommend courses of action and identify risks/opportunities in coordination with non-technical, technical and data subject matter experts is critical to the client

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's degree

  • 10 years of experience

  • Experience mentoring and coaching others

  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Research experience

  • Strong leadership presence

  • Great communication skills

  • Ability to collaboratively devise plan

  • Federal sector HR management experience

  • A working grasp of government and industry training programs, best practices, learning models and program evaluation concepts
