Deloitte Workfront Fusion Lead in Seattle, Washington
Job Description
The Workfront Fusion Developer provides support and training to both marketing and creative department users. Assists in the management and maintenance of the platform including but not limited to user management, integrations, forms, and project setup, customizations and configurations, bug fixes, testing, proof and Fusion scenarios.
Responsibilities
Workfront Fusion Lead
Lead Workfront Fusion implementation, automations, and integrations with Workfront and other Marketing Technologies
Build custom-developed methods related to workflow design, automation, and optimization.
Leverage best practices, and business acumen to ensure the highest level of execution and satisfaction for our stakeholders
Assess current Workfront processes and determine if we can maximize efficiencies with Fusion scenarios
Review business requirements to prepare suggested execution plans and delivery of new Fusion workflows; including deployment, testing, and training
Leverage Fusion to monitor and maintain data integrity in Workfront and across downstream systems
Workfront Reporting
Help develop advanced custom reporting via text mode, collections, and calculated fields
Train Workfront CoE on advanced reporting
Assess and enhance current usage with more calculated fields or using collections versus calculated fields
Process and Project Management
Assist with enhancements to our platforms and expansions to new internal client groups
Resolve assigned requests to the Workfront CoE Helpdesk - specific to Fusion needs
Work closely with other platform administrators, marketing technology managers and our Internal Technology Services team to support, configure and expand our platforms
Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Stakeholder Management
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports and insights
Present data and reports in an easy to read and comprehensible manner, bringing elements of design and automation which complement the Client's objectives
Actively participate in our platforms' user forums and attend local user group meetings
Qualifications Include
Required
Bachelor's Degree in related field
2+ years of project management experience
2+ years' experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
2+ years' experience with Workfront
2+ years' experience in analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills needed
10% travel, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
Previous experience with complex technology infrastructure projects
1+ years with Workfront Fusion
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $173300.
