Work you ll do

As a Workforce Strategy & Solutions Manager, you will use your knowledge of and experience with workforce strategy, capability, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:

Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate

Leading your team to deliver superior results for your client

Managing all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client

Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong Workforce Strategy & Solutions knowledge you possess

Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor s degree

At least 6 years of relevant experience

Demonstrated knowledge of workforce functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Strategy & Solutions, Workforce Capabilities, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workforce & Talent Analytics

Willingness to travel 80% of the time (Monday Thursday/Friday)

Preferred:

Advanced degree in related specialization area

External consulting experience with a large organization

Experience managing small to mid-sized teams

Experience mentoring, training and developing junior members of the team; experience in employee performance reviews

Experience leading current/future state road mapping, requirements gathering workshops, running labs, and/or facilitating meetings

Experience leading vendor selection including RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating products and services

Experience in project planning, budget oversight and staffing of project teams including time management

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Experience carrying business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading business development pursuits end-to-end

Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Resources through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Ability to travel up to 100%

Strong critical thinking and technical skills

Strong attention to detail, time management and follow through

Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision

Ability to lead and direct staff

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
