As an HCM Solution Specialist, you should expect to be involved in the following:

The team

Human Resources Transformation

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related HR / IT discipline

  • Knowledge of the HR function and processes or relevant academic coursework / professional certification programs

  • Experience as an end user or with functional / technical implementation in any of the following areas: Workday, SAP or Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or other enabling HR technology

  • Demonstrated interest in Human Capital, Technical (such as cloud based technologies) and/or HR Transformation subject matter

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence

  • Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving

  • Ability to travel up to 20 percent annually

In Addition, successful HRIS Consultant will also have the following preferred skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Industry experience in Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Onboarding, and Talent and performance a huge plus
