Work You ll Do:
Act as the contributing UX designer for high-visibility, Fortune 100 clients
Bring user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital solutions from concept to launch
Work with clients to understand their business requirements in the broader context of their digital strategy and advocate for the user by developing intuitive interactions and easy-to-use interfaces
Identify and execute on the best methods for user research and testing within client constraints
Design and deliver information architecture, wireframes, user personas and journeys, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces alongside your fellow designers
Ensure all design documentation is created holistically with the client vision and cross-functional needs
Integrate, ideate and co-create with your cross-functional teammates (Visual Design, Development, Engagement Managers, and Business Technology Analysts) in pursuit of producing best-in-industry creative for both internal and client-facing projects
Present your creative work and expertly articulate your design process directly to the client, with oversight from design leadership
Support in the creation and facilitation of creative workshops for our clients

Our Commercial Excellence & Experience team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. We help make the creative digital consultancy real and in doing so, make new markets.
Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming
Industry experience includes
3 years of related design experience; Working deep in the trenches with cross-functional teams on diverse agency or product design
Your online portfolio
Showcases your experience, storytelling and design presentation skills
Demonstrates strong design judgement and an ability to solve nebulous UX problems
Showcases your projects with a breadth of diverse projects and challenges
Focuses on your guiding experience design process, principles and techniques
UX research, including planning, designing and facilitating user sessions and client workshops, analyzing findings and articulating results
Information architecture, user and screen flows, conceptual and detailed wireframing and prototyping
Working in a wide variety of modern design tools like Sketch, Axure, Principle, Framer and InVision
Reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations
Approach design challenges with and open mind and ability to navigate difficult working relationships
Organize and self-direct to get things done, delegating to junior designers to execute
Communicate your ideas in an efficient, persuasive manner
Work independently and in groups as needed
Experiment with emerging technology / design trends, tools and methods
A consistent passion for learning and pursuing your craft
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 30 percent
Experience working in the agile methodology
Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Experience with conversational UI
Experience in augmented, virtual or mixed reality
Motion design and animation
Participation in the wider design community and connections with creative organizations such as UXPA, Creative Mornings, etc.
