US Global/Global Mobility - Strategic Reporting and Analytics Senior/Lead

The US Global (USG) Global Mobility organization (Deloitte LLP) is responsible for the global mobility strategic and operational support to the US Firms’ leaders and businesses, including end-to-end advisory support for all US and US India deployment types (US / US India inbound and outbound assignments and cross-border engagement deployments).

US Global/Global Mobility leadership is seeking a Strategic Reporting and Analytics Senior/Lead role for leadership-level strategy reporting and analytics support.

Reports to: Reporting and Analytics Lead, Manager

Description of Responsibilities

Supports end-to-end development and delivery of strategic reporting and analytics activities for US Global and Global Mobility leadership. Works under the direction of the Reporting and Analytics Lead for enterprise-wide reporting and analytics to support US Global Mobility and US Global leadership .

Examples of specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supports end-to-end development and delivery of strategic reporting and analytics activities for US Global Mobility and US Global Leadership

  • Works under the direction of the Reporting and Analytics Lead for enterprise-wide reporting and analytics required to support US Global Mobility and US Global leadership

  • Supports Reporting and Analytics Lead with:

  • Consultation efforts with various Global Mobility/US Global stakeholders to determine reporting and analytical needs, objectives, and requirements;

  • Design and creation of reporting templates, including dashboards, periodic reports, etc.

  • Data analysis leveraging multiple data sources and tools including Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, SAP/HRIS

  • Develop strategic insights in partnership with the Reporting and Analytics Lead that contribute to leadership decision-making

  • Creation of Executive-level decks (e.g., Board decks, USG/Regional decks, etc.) with a lens for continuous improvement and ability to adjust to current business needs, including the ability to draw key insights from various sources of mobility-related data

  • Development and distribution of Global Mobility reports and analysis to US and USI Global Mobility teams, the businesses, and internal groups to inform decision making

  • Follows the approach and reporting cycles for collecting and analyzing data and producing requested reports on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis

  • Escalates complex issues to Reporting and Analytics Lead, as required

  • Identifies opportunities to improve Reporting and Analytics team’s approach, processes, and tools and shares with Reporting and Analytics Lead

  • Receives day-to-day coaching, oversight, issue resolution, and performance management feedback from Reporting and Analytics Lead

  • Teams closely with Reporting and Analytics Support in USI

  • Partners closely with the GM Operations Technology Team in US and US India on Salesforce as it relates to reporting needs

  • Completes other duties as assigned (e.g. reporting and analytics for US Global programs, continuous process improvement, strategy projects, etc.)
