Work You ll Do

We recognize that you have unique skills, experiences, and interests, so we divide the broad scope of the Summer Scholar role into skills-based segments in order to best align each Summer Scholar with a focus area. The profiles function as subgroups that our Summer Scholars leverage to network and enhance their professional development. Setting our people up for success is our highest priority. We are currently recruiting Summer Scholars whose skills and interests align with the following areas:

  • HR Tech & Transformation

  • This Consultant helps clients optimize the value of their investments in HR technology through the selection, design, & implementation of HR solutions & digital applications. This Consultant also builds HR technology blueprints & roadmaps that set clients on a clear path to success

  • Majors: STEM

The Team

Our practitioners will be able to maintain the specialization they have built to date in certain areas while also learning how it connects to broader issues in the market. We are committed to continuously supporting our practitioners as they build skills in either one specific part of our business or across the business our Portfolio is structured to facilitate this learning. With Talent & Organization Performance at the forefront of every organization and industry, our people will have the ability to capitalize on some of the biggest trends happening today and support organizations working to leverage their greatest asset: their people. We will continue to help our people deliver world-class services, innovate on new solutions and products, and prepare them to address our clients most difficult challenges in the market.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor s degree program in related field of study

  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)

  • Ability to participate full-time for a 10-week internship (June to August 2019)

  • Proficiency inword processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

  • Ability to travel 80-100%
