Work you ll do
The Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) Delivery Leader is responsible for overall program leadership, technology strategy, product management, solution delivery/support, innovation, and advisory services across geographies, enabling business-led transformations through Salesforce technology:
Salesforce Technology Platform Management
Collaborate with COE leadership to define and guide the strategic technical direction for Salesforce platforms
Maintain expert level knowledge of Salesforce products and facilitate collaborative development of technology standards, roadmaps, and leading practices
Service Cloud, Lightening, Mobile, Wave or Force.com preferred
Partners with key stakeholders and establishes trust through technical leadership
Deliver products and services that enable our customer s strategic vision and business objectives; understanding underlying business needs and drivers
Oversee and manage a portfolio of strategic application-related projects
Responsibly manages a multi-million dollar investment and operations budget; Develops annual plan for program and supports financial planning efforts
Develops trusted and open relationships with key business and technology leaders and vendor partners at top management level
Act as the senior point of escalation for application-related issues and project activities
Oversee Salesforce implementations and provide support for project team throughout delivery
Effectively manage demand and capacity to ensure commitments are met and projects operate within budget
Ensures every project adheres to software delivery standards and follows all aspects of the delivery model
Partner with Account teams to ensure optimal client experience and demonstrable value
Monitor compliance to cyber, risk, and operational requirements and create new policies and processes as needed to ensure compliance
Keep abreast of industry best practices and brings relevant insights and solutions to meet the organization's strategic business needs
Promote innovation to ensure that product roadmaps are developed and executed in line with Salesforce COE strategy
Continuously motivate onshore and offshore teams to high-performance and promote an unfaltering mission to drive innovation in solution delivery and support
Exhibit high level of professional flexibility and facilitate a culture of knowledge sharing and learning from leading practices
Foster collaboration between technology teams and partner with other key technology functions in the development and support of applications
Maintain support and product roadmap relationships with application vendors and manage and communicate upgrades and updates
Develop annual strategy, budgets, work plans, and project schedules in partnership with business and technology stakeholders
Manage the development of policies, procedures, assurance mechanisms and metrics to meet any business-specific compliance requirements
Ensures technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
Responsible for resource management activities, including recruiting, retention, project-level staffing and securing contractors, as needed
Prepare financial reports and forecasts and other ad-hoc financial analysis as requested
Executes performance management activities according to current Deloitte performance management programs
