Work you ll do
Act as a learning and talent development manager on effective and leading-edge learning and development designs that align with learning and talent development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience building and launching impactful learning experiences from scratch, has a relentless focus on the audience, and can manage multiple work streams. Additionally, creating and managing marketing and communications to key stakeholders at all levels within the organization, and assisting with change management activities to increase adoption is key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate also brings an understanding of and experiences designing and developing performance support tools and a proven ability to advise on and implement effective strategies and solutions.
Develop and execute a curriculum of development experiences through collaboration with the Development Leader, Shared Services and business leaders and managers
Lead the design, development, pilot and delivery of new learning and capability development programs through collaboration with shared services
Manage end-to-end program operations including budget, program delivery, evaluation/feedback and measurement of business impact
Build, manage and leverage relationships with talent and business colleagues
The Tax Development COE delivers business-focused, efficient and innovative learning and development programs and experiences, thoughtfully designed to help our professionals best serve at every stage of their career.
