Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Seattle, WA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally

Work You ll Do

Lead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Collaborate with clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Supervise the design and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships and lead projects from planning through execution. Estimate the scope, schedule, resources, assumptions, and risks for the business solutions. Perform full Life Cycle implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud from planning and configuration to go-live. Design and implement the following Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules: Compensation, Core HR and Talent Management for HR transformation projects. Create functional design specifications, field mapping, and system process designs for the following Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules: Core HR, Compensation and Talent Management Business Processes. Create unit test cases, assertions, and mock ups for verifying the design and functionality of integration solutions. Manage project financials, monitoring and resolving go-live project issues and risks related to Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation project using Microsoft Project and Project Management Center tool. Use MS Visio and Excel to develop business process flow maps, presentations for workshops, and status reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Engineering (any), Management Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, or a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Performing full Life Cycle implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud from planning and configuration to go-live;

  • Designing and implementing the following Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules: Compensation, Core HR and Talent Management for HR transformation projects;

  • Creating functional design specifications, field mapping, and system process designs for the following Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules: Core HR, Compensation and Talent Management Business Processes;

  • Creating unit test cases, assertions, and mock ups for verifying the design and functionality of integration solutions;

  • Managing project financials, monitoring and resolving go-live project issues and risks related to Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation project using Microsoft Project and Project Management Center tool;

  • Using MS Visio and Excel to develop business process flow maps, presentations for workshops, and status reports.

  • 80% travel required.
