As a Senior Manager, you will lead and deliverlarge, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creativebusiness and technology solutions for large companies. Senior Managersareexpected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety ofways. You will be responsible forengagement management:
Lead engagement planningand budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverablestructure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top managementlevels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manageengagement economics; manage engagement risk.
Senior Managers manage day to day interactions withexecutive clients and sponsors:
Participate in BusinessDevelopment, develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at keyclients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of theproposal development process, contribute to the development of proposal pricingstrategies.
Senior Managers must contribute to Practice Development& Eminence:
Develop practicalsolutions and methodologies, develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, participate in public speaking events, get publishedin industry periodicals.
As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for peopledevelopment:
Perform the role ofcounselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the staffing process, activelyparticipate in staff recruitment and retention activities, provide leadershipand support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
M&A | Restructuring and CostTransformation
Our mandate is to enable our clients ability to grow, optimize, and fundamentally change the nature of theirbusiness and competitive position. We do this via M&A, divestiture, andrestructuring services from beginning to end.
Our Offering enables pre-deal andpost-deal integration, divestiture, and major restructuring/cost transformationactivities to achieve/exceed deal value, synergy targets, or strategic costtakeout objectives.
A candidate must meet the minimumexperience in one or more of the below:
Must have minimum of 8 years in M&A or M&A Service Delivery.
Manage engagements that leadclients thorough the complex transitions that come with transactions andtransformations that are part of that journey including: target identificationand pre-deal due diligence, M&A roadmaps, strategies, and synergy targets,developing Day 1 projects and plans and post Day 1 planning and execution.
Provide corporate and privateequity buyers with a broad continuum of advisory services to support mergers,acquisitions, carve-outs, investment and financing structures, dispositionalternatives and post-transaction activities.
Serve as a trusted advisor toclients in both the corporate and private equity space; synthesize overallstrategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevanttools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case,pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting onoutputs.
Provide industry insight andanalytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, andpredictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that enablespre-deal and post-deal integration, divestiture, and major restructuring/costtransformation activities to achieve/exceed deal value, synergy targets, orstrategic cost takeout objectives.
Manage service excellence byidentifying key client business issues, determining client needs bysupplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovativeapproaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendationsfor the client in the context of the overall engagement.
Manage integrated,cross-functional teams to deliver M&A engagements across all of phases ofthe M&A lifecycle include due-diligence, pre-close, and post-mergerintegration.
Manage day to day interactionswith executive clients and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with topdecision makers at key clients.
Manage and deliver components ofclient engagements that identify, design, and implement creative businesssolutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, managing teams in theidentification of business requirements, functional design, process design(including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training,defining support procedures.
Participate and lead aspects ofthe proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposalpricing strategies.
Perform role of counselor andcoach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities;provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
Improve internal processes, andpromote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community ofpractice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
Experience planning andimplementing integration and separation projects as the result of M&A activity.
Strong oral and writtencommunication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
Strong problem solving andtroubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Apply practical experience withcommunications, culture, and change management.
Ability to work independently andmanage multiple task assignments.
Experience with staff developmentand eagerness to mentor junior practitioners.
