As a member of the team, you will:
Work with Managing Partners to develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all marketing activities for the offices assigned
Collaborate with the businesses, industries, and other colleagues to drive strategic marketing campaigns
Develop and drive fully integrated strategic marketing and communications activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels
Provide counsel, idea generation, and consultation in support of the growth agenda of the offices assigned
Engage our internal agency on the successful execution of campaigns, and oversee the on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns
Manage overall marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing maintenance activities
Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics
Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all marketing activities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
5+ years work experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Development, including internships desired
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proven experience with collaborative writing processes, a variety of corporate communication styles, and knowledge of the editorial process
Strong project and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team in a professional services or multi-departmental company
Executive presence to engage with partners and other senior leaders.
Travel up to 10% (while travel of up to 10% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
