We regrowing and seeking a UX/UI Designer for our Seattle studio.

Work you lldo:

Interact extensivelywith clients and serve as the voice of the user while accommodating customerneeds and technical requirements. Work closely withproject managers, design, engineering, and quality assurance. Bring user-centereddesign process methods to digital solutions from concept to launch. Clearly articulateand defend your design decisions in front of teams and clients. Independently deliveron projects.


3 yearsofrelevant industry and/or consulting experience. At least 2 years ofexperience creating highly-detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, andprocess flows withn complex mobile applications In-depth knowledge aboutuser interface patterns for mobile, web, and responsive design. Proficiency withdesign and rapid-prototyping tools such as Axure, OmniGraffle, Sketch, HTML, Illustrator,Photoshop, InDesign, Zeppelin. Strong written andverbal communication skills. Willingness to travelup to 10 percent.

Familiarity withdeveloper/engineer tools, SDKs, and platform-specific terms (eg. segmentedcontroller, picker, table view). Experience withproject estimation and providing strategic solutions for early stage projectplanning. Knowledge of theScrum development process. Willingness to advocatethe values of user experience to other disciplines. Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to self-direct when needed. Ability to identifythe best methods for user research and testing within client constraints. Desire to mentor anddevelop junior staff. Sense of humor and agood attitude.
