Deloitte Digital is building a new technology practice at its flagship advertising agency, Heat, an award-winning creative powerhouse. The practice is based on a multi-patented right-brain platform that predicts what audiences will be reading, watching and searching for up to 72 hours into the future.

This ambitious new practice puts the consumer at the center of innovation, where we are delivering hyper relevant experiences. A system that recognizes both the individuality of consumers and their broader social interests. A system that in real-time leverages artificial intelligence and predictive data modeling to generate personalized and dynamic content targeted contextually in relevant environments at the right time.

What you ll do

As the Director Advertising Operations, you will be a key leader at Heat s technology practice. You will define and run our buy side processes and methodologies across desktop/mobile display and video, social. You possess a roll-up-the-sleeves approach to your work, from winning the SOW/IO to delivering CPM/CPA revenue. You are well versed in attribution and optimization and are part of the team that is continually improving performance. In addition, you will lead project management for software development, as well as daily advertising deliverables. You will need to innovate, problem solve, but most importantly be dynamic, fearless and a driver. In your role, you will:

Define, build and run our AdTech process from start to finish

Lead project management for software development, lead integrations, etc.

Lead campaigning inventory, trafficking, viewability, etc., ensuring objectives are met

Supervise a dedicated resource. Partner with Product Lead.

Be the center of coordination to deliver above expectations

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor s degree

8 - 10 years in Ad Operations

Software development AdTech operations background

Strong understanding of data management, identity resolution, ad servers, buying platforms, yield management, attribution, performance measurement

Preferred:

IAB certification. Currently working in programmatic

Running real-time advertising campaigns

Experience in both media targeting and dynamic content

Worked with Facebook, Google, LiveRamp,
