We re growing and seeking an Associate Creative Director UX/Visual Design for our Seattle studio.
Work you ll do:
Lead teams of creatives, building and fostering an environment where the best ideas prevail
Study the digital design/mobile marketplace and assess Deloitte s work against competitors
Develop relationships with other organizations such as the AIGA
Provide quality control including proofing, reviewing, measuring and evaluating UX/UI team members and their work
Provide quotes for time and resources for new projects, ensuring creative scope
Ensure that schedule and budget are accurate and maintained throughout the project life cycle
Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality creative for both internal and client-facing projects
Drive improvements in Heat/Deloitte s creative process and capabilities

5 years of experience directly related to design or completion of a two- or four-year degree in the discipline.
Experience working with, and preparing redlines for, Front and Back End Developers
Familiarity with Sketch, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Axure, OmniGraffle, HTML, Illustrator, InDesign, Zeplin.
A well-rounded knowledge of UX/UI design principles and techniques.
Able to organize and self-direct execution of tasks/duties.
A firm grasp on visual design principles.
Bonus points for:
Cross-platform mobile web development experience (iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone 7, webOS, etc).
Extensive knowledge of web optimization principles.
