Work you'll do
Discussing the brief with client, deciding how the design should look and how much it should cost
Coming up with ideas and producing a series of computer visuals, or drawing a series of sketches to show the client
Using specialist design software, such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Making any changes as requested by the client, such as changing images or text
Keeping to the budget and time scale for the work
Presenting the final design to the client for approval
Proofreading the final artwork and preparing the files for print
Advertising, Marketing, & Commerce

From events to social media to digital strategy and execution, we elevate the Deloitte brand and strategic positioning, delivering a cohesive, consistent experience. The team brings together creative and technology skills, business insights, and industry best practices to develop innovative creative assets that engage our clients. We help make the "creative digital consultancy" real and in doing so, make new markets.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
2-5+ years of related work experience in marketing, communications or business development preferred
Willingness and ability to create an elegant, designed "feel" in programs such as PPT and Word that were not written primarily as design vehicles
Proven skills and educational training in typography, layout, composition, color theory and information design
Speed and agility; ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design within tight deadlines
Experience working with teams in a professional services or large matrixed organization a plus
Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of management
Proficiency with project management skills and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and synthesize direction from many individuals
Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage own time and take initiative
Ability to travel up to20 percent (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
