Finance & Enterprise Performance

Our Finance & EnterprisePerformance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and keyexecutives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helpingour clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-widedecision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within theirorganization.

As a Manager you will bring considerable technical, functional, and productexpertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.

  • Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

  • Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.

  • Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

  • Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

Qualifications:

Required

  • 10 years of experience working in the Automobile space including manufacturers, dealers, suppliers, finance companies. Or Hospitality including cruise lines, hotel, resorts, casinos, gaming, restaurants. Or Transportation including airlines, freight, rail, shipping ports, ground transportation. This industry experience is a must.

  • Bachelor s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record, or equivalent experience.

  • Expertise in Finance Function Transformation, Finance Operations, FP&A, Finance Strategy, Finance systems including Enterprise Performance Management or ERP

  • 10 years of professional experience in a consulting setting

  • Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)

  • Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources

  • Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills

  • Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings

  • Commitment to personal and professional growth

  • Sense of responsibility to self, team, and client

  • Outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion

  • Record of consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility

  • Ability to lead small teams and own deliverables

  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

  • Willingness and ability to travel 80%

  • Must live within commuting distance to one of Deloitte s consulting offices
