Deloitte FEDSIM Staffing Lead in Seattle, Washington

Are you ready to be a part of a dynamic team that is passionate about Federal business development? As an experienced FEDSIM Staffing Lead, you will have the ability to direct efforts of cross-competency teams and drive best practices to maximize impact.

The Deloitte Government and Public Services (GPS) Sales Excellence team seeks an experienced Staffing Lead with deep experience driving staffing strategy, building a project staffing database, aligning staff to LCAT and functional roles, and descriptively writing the corresponding level of effort (LOE) rationale. This position works directly with the Capture Executive, Solution Architect, and Technical Volume Lead to develop a staffing strategy to meet technical solution. The FEDSIM Staffing Lead should have a proven track record of successful on $100M+ bids.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 8+ years combined experience with any of the following: strategic staffing, proposal development, solutions development, and/or costing and pricing.

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience as a Staffing Lead, BOE Lead, or Pricing Lead, developing proposal content that contribute to major Federal contracts wins totaling at least $100 million in the last 3 years.

  • Ability to follow strict formatting and data normalization techniques

  • Succinctly summarize data and support preparation of executive level briefings

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge and understanding of Federal / State procurement regulations and practices (including FAR and DFAR)

  • A team player with an outstanding ability to work with people at all levels, including senior executives

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including aptitude for building relationships, understanding team dynamics, taking initiative, and solving problems

  • Keen listener, with the ability to quickly grasp ideas to be reflected in written documents and presentations

  • Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills

  • Ability to analyze information and make sound observations and recommendations quickly

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent professional work experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
