Monitor Deloitte's Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities to architect integrated programs that transform our clients' businesses, including Business Strategy, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy, Technology Strategy & Business Transformation (TS&BT), and AI & Data Strategy.
The TS&BT team is hiring a Senior Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win - ultimately driving growth and enterprise value.

Work You'll Do
You will develop technology strategies to increase a company's profitability, catalyze growth, and ultimately deliver value across the stakeholder set. You will determine the platforms to adopt, the architectures to build, the ways of working to change, and the capabilities improvements required to operate at efficient scale. As a trusted advisor, you will be expected to craft quality deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships - whether on a small engagement or as part of a larger transformation.
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will be expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
Lead a work stream or components of large, complex engagements for clients.
Oversee the detailed, quantitative and qualitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to address clients' biggest challenges.

Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in a consulting or relevant industry setting with demonstrable depth of knowledge.
5+ years of experience implementing strategies for technology improvement and articulating leading business trends, including the associated technology implications within one or more industries.
2+ years of experience, in a Consulting environment, focused on the intersection of Technology and Strategy to include Corporate & Business Unit Tech Strategy and Business Transformation.
2+ years of experience leading a team and influencing others, including coaching and mentoring other staff.

Solutions: Experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/BPaaS), digital, and analytics solutions
Process Frameworks: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 20000, COBiT
ITIL: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement and the processes in each of these five lifecycle phases
A bachelor's degree with focus on Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
An advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred).
Exhibit a passion for technology and have a thirst to continually learn and keep pace with the accelerating change across multiple technologies and solutions.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
