Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Managing Client infrastructure services, responsible for including but not limited to deployment, operation, and troubleshooting
Maintain Client services to meet service-level-agreements (SLAs) and/or service-level-objective (SLOs) by measuring and monitoring availability, performance, and overall system health
Develop solutions that can support operations at large scale reliably
Provide user support, incident responses, and postmortems
Participate in on-call rotation
The US Core Technology Operations Offering delivers large scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Familiar with system operation skills in Linux and network, has experience working with Unix Linux systems from kernel to shell and beyond.
Experience in debugging and automating routine tasks
Experience programming in at least one of the following languages: Python, Perl, Go, or C/C+
- Even Better If You Have Experiences In:
Configuration management (chef/puppet/Ansible/SaltStack etc.)
Supporting/Managing systems at scale (10s thousands to 100s thousands of instances)
Building scalable Golang and/or Python tools
Strong skills in problem solving and communication
