Work you’ll do
Key responsibilities will be to
Operate as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Informatica modules on client projects, with particular emphasis on Informatica’s Data Privacy Management (DPM) module (historically know as Secure@Source)
Understand and gather requirements for data governance and data protection per the client’s regulatory and business needs
Design approaches to discover, classify, and catalog sensitive data in structured and unstructured data stores
Configure, test, and deploy Informatica data discovery and data privacy modules (e.g., EDC/AXON/IDQ/DPM/Secure@Source)
Design and develop Informatica rulesets to perform data discovery and classification for structured and unstructured data sources
Execute data discovery scans, tune rulesets, analyze reports, and update data catalog
Identify high-risk data stores/processes and provide recommendations to safeguard data (e.g., encryption, tokenization)
Advise clients in understanding future state problems and challenges related to data governance and data protection, and work collaboratively with them to enhance capabilities
Contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership in client organizations and external marketplace
