Deloitte Customer Insight, Analyst level full time – Cornell in Seattle, Washington

Doblin Deloitte is looking for skilled research specialists who want to experimentacross methods to inform the products, services and customer experiences of thefuture. Insights specialists are highly skilled in one or more discipline of user-centeredresearch both to explore new domains and to evaluate and test new ideas. Directing the discovery process as part of designand innovation teams, this role involves close collaboration with design,strategy and technology colleagues to ensure that primary and secondaryinsights are driving client results.

Work You ll Do

Direct research framing, planning, execution and analysis

Choose and advocate for research methods to employ across research types

Lead research at the front end of projects to include ethnographic-style interviewing, observation, and other methods

Lead evaluative research, leveraging various types of digital and physical prototypes to refine concepts based on user input

Lead the development of research outputs and narratives, incorporated into large-scale workshops and client meetings

Serve as the voice of customers in front of senior client audiences

Demonstrate your passion and curiosity for learning about the world, human behavior, and the motivations that lie beneath the surface to create solutions that fit into people s lives

Work directly with clients using compelling written and spoken communication

Collaborate and work on teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree completed by Summer 2020 in these related areas of study:

Human Factors, Sociology, Anthropology, Design Strategy, Innovation, Organizational Psychology, Human Computer Interaction

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Strong academic standing (preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher)

Ability to travel 40 - 50%
