Work You Will Be Doing

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on services to assist project teams with the adoption of Deloitte methods and tools

  • Support teams in the areas of developing and executing an approach for:

  • Requirements Traceability

  • Process design following Business Process Modeling Guidelines

  • Test case development and execution

  • Provide guidance to project leadership as they develop their approaches, plans and processes to deliver high quality solutions. Work directly with the Project Manager, Team Leads, and Design Manager

  • Support special projects within CMT as needed

  • Help pursuit teams leverage Deloitte methods and tools in the proposed client solution

  • Identify and address project team training needs on Deloitte methods and tools

  • Provide recommendations to improve use, adoption and understanding of the method and enabling tools

  • Identify and harvest high quality deliverables and other CMT related information to enable a model of continuous improvement

  • Represent the vision and objectives of CMT positively within Deloitte Consulting

  • Support adoption of delivery standards

What You Will Bring to the Table

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience with IndustryPrint 5 (ARIS) or other process modeling tool

  • Experience with Software implementation methodologies (Agile, waterfall)

  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, include active participation in at least 2 end-to-end projects in a functional or technical role

  • Ability to travel 60% on average

  • Delivery experience in consulting; ideally, process design experience

  • Require minimal supervision, logical thinker and detail-oriented

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey messages in a concise manner

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong software skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word

Additional Skills/Experience Desired:

  • ERP implementation experience

  • Experience with PMC, PE&PS, AgM, or ALM (or equivalent tools)

  • Experience working in a distributed workplace (e.g., virtual teams, off-shore teams)
