ChangeScout Implementation Consultant

Work you'll do

As an Implementation Manager for our digital change management solution, you will own the end-to-end implementation process for new clients and project teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

System Implementation and Governance:

  • Own technical set-up

  • Guide team through implementation steps

  • Provide best practices

  • Facilitate implementation go-live and corresponding sprints

  • Deliver end user training

  • Establish governance and driving/monitoring adoption

  • Drive alignment and sign off from key leaders

Client Relationship Management:

  • Conduct regular check-ins to collect feedback, monitor adoption, drive value

  • Escalate risks and issues

  • Deliver refresher or deep dive trainings when needed

  • Identify potential new opportunities

Implementation Continuous Improvements: Identify, plan, and execute ongoing continuous improvement activities to drive higher value with lower cost/effort.

Sales Support: Drive pre-sales conversations with project teams and provide client or internal demos on an as-needed basis



  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience delivering change management services, preferably with a technology component

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience facilitating workshops and managing client relationships

  • Experience with cloud-based systems and relational databases

  • Must be able to travel up to 10%

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


  • Experience using or implementing Salesforce products

  • Experiencing using a relational database

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

  • Ability to employ research and analytical thinking

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
