Work you ll do
Our Strategy and Operations Business Analysts work in a fast-paced environment that exposes them to multiple project experiences. You will gain exposure to a diverse set of clients and project roles. You ll work with industry-leading clients to help them make decisions and implement improvements to enhance their organizations productivity, performance and long-term profitability. You ll also assist in determining the requirements of clients projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill clients needs. While the specific job deliverables will vary according to clients needs, our Business Analysts have the broad skills needed to tackle a wide variety of business initiatives. Bachelor degree in business, engineering, technology, math, analytics, or a related field
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Willingness to travel
