Work You ll DoLead and manage large teams responsible for security, controls, and privacy requirements for Oracle implementations in various industries. Develop control frameworks encompassing regulatory requirements, including privacy and Sarbanes Oxley, and application security designs. Identify and evaluate complex business process and technology risks and evaluate/implement internal controls that mitigate the risks. Execute internal audit programs, assess issues, and work with management to determine remediation plans and track progress. Perform risk assessments and post implementation reviews of large software implementations. Perform general computer controls review for technical audits on a variety of platforms. Play lead role in designated tasks of project team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data. Apply understanding of business processes, including IT and internal controls risks IIA framework, COSO, COBIT, and Sarbanes Oxley adoption. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent, including a 3-year foreign degree).Four years of risk management and internal audit experience.Experience must include four years of:Reviewing and preparing SSAE-16 reports of third-party service providers to assess the design and implementation of operating effectiveness controls and assessing the financial statement and operations impact;Performing SOX testing including developing scope areas, risk of material misstatement, identifying key controls to mitigate these risks and performing independent testing of design and operating effectiveness, including Enterprise Risk Assessments, Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR), and business process review;Designing internal controls and performing control testing in accordance with Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) framework;Performing controls rationalization and Segregation of Duties (SOD) reviews; andLiaising directly with C-Suite level client to discuss audit findings.Experience must include one year of:Managing internal audit services under co-sourcing and outsourcing arrangements for C&IP clients andPerforming audit planning, substantive testing, preparing and reviewing 10K/Q reports in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Position requires approximately 90% travel.
