Deloitte Oracle IDCS, Identity and Access Management Manager in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Work you ll do

As a Manager within our Cyber Risk team, you will:

Work with government clients to mitigate information technology risk

Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects

Actively participate in the development of business and vendor relationships

Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process

Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans

Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and internal Deloitte team

Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues

Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions

Provide counseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff

Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

Be the Project Manager overseeing teams for the day-to-day activities of Identity & Access Management client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification & delivery of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures

Prepare and present oral and written reports and presentations

Develop and maintain Cyber client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, expand existing Cyber engagements

Lead aspects of the proposal development process and RFP responses, pricing strategies, engagement letters and Statements of Work

Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards

Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement

Responsible to install, integrate and deploy IAM products in client environments.

Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.

Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.

We work to uncover and resolve areas where potential threats could cause the most damage to our client s critical business operations.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related field

4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

2 years in a technical or functional lead role

Experience mentoring and coaching others

Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Experience managing senior-level client relationships

Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role

9 plus years of experience with:Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification

Experience in designing, testing and implementing SSO and MFA for Internal and External users using Oracle IDCS

Managing projects through the full system development lifecycle

Developing, implementing or architecting information systems

Technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications.

Installation, integration and deployment of Oracle IDCS in client environment.

Experience in Oracle 12C.

4 plus years of work experience with the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.

3 plus years of experience leading and managing teams.

Preferred:

Previous Federal Consulting experience

Understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts

Experience with Information Assurance concepts and processes within the Federal government

Knowledge of and experience with Federal security regulations, standards, and processes including FISMA, FIPS, NIST, and FedRAMP

Installation, integration and deployment of SailPoint, OKTA, etc. in client environment

Previous experience in integrating with PeopleSoft 9.2 ERP

Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus
