Manager, Talent Risk & Relations
The team
Talent Risk focuses on aggregate risks impacting our people across all levels (e.g., new programs/initiatives new technologies, talent data usage, the Confidential Information Management Program (CIMP), globalization impacts and regulatory requirements. We offer risk advisory services when designing, modifying and / or implementing internal programs/initiatives, surveys, technologies or when there is a request to leverage talent data.
Job Overview
This role will support the three key Talent Risk areas:
Proactively assess and mitigate programmatic risks by evaluating key factors involved in the program/initiative
Team with various stakeholders to develop appropriate risk mitigation plans, where appropriate
Sponsor and reinforce all elements of the Talent Confidential Information Management Plan (CIMP)
Job responsibilities
Work with Talent Risk leadership in conducting risk assessments for Talent initiatives, programs and technologies, including but not limited to National and local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs, proposed surveys and other content with Talent implications
Provide consultative and analytics support to Talent Risk leadership, including storyboarding and analysis of key themes, trends, and Talent Risk items
Support Talent Confidential Information Management Plan (CIMP) management and compliance working to align and enhance Talent's practices and protocols
Coordinate and manage all aspects related to data incident management / investigation with Office of Confidentiality & Privacy (OCP), Office of General Counsel (OGC), business leaders, talent leaders, and other stakeholders as appropriate
Understand and navigate complex problems using judgment and risk-related knowledge to make mitigation recommendations
Work autonomously and take initiative partners with appropriate Leaders to understand and address highly complex data related incidents, challenges and issues
Work autonomously and take initiative on identifying and recommending solutions for highly complex talent risk related matters
Qualifications:Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area
Typically requires 8 - 10 total years Talent/Human Resources experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Deep knowledge of talent processes and understanding of connection points with other businesses
Strong written, visual, and verbal storytelling skills; ability to take dialogue and ideas and build executive ready presentations and collateral
Ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas as well as solve complex problems
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel, One Note)
Preferred:
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and deliver complex projects
Ability to make timely, informed, decisions that consider data, goals, constraints, and risks from multiple perspectives
Strong client service orientation, including interpersonal and consultative skills, the ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and influence, collaborate, and build consensus
