Senior Managers in the Financial Services Banking (Transformation) practice are required to have: 10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience managing and delivering systemsAdvising financial services companies on the design and implementation of complex transformation programs (i.e., organizational structure, policies and procedures, risk assessment, technology resources, management information systems, etc.)Experience with banking processes and technologiesincluding custom solutions and vendor solutionsExperience driving large scale transformations at banking institutions or similar organizationsExperience in robotics process automation (i.e., Open Span, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Workfusion) is preferredA minimum of 6 full life cycle implementations6 years experienced in managing large program and project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.
