Work you'll do

As an OCM Senior Consultant on the Global Employer Services Technology team, you will lead change management efforts including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, business readiness, and communication development and deployment. These efforts will support ongoing business needs, as well as a multitude of technology transformation programs impacting a global audience. Responsibilities include:

  • Interface with internal clients/stakeholders to assess change impacts and learning needs of both internal and client audiences with goal of ensuring all impacted audiences are prepared for upcoming technology and process changes

  • Identify potential people/behavior-related risks to project success (e.g., points of resistance, performance gaps) and key success factors (e.g., adoption measures/metrics), and plan interventions to mitigate the risks and achieve success factors

  • Analyze change impacts and learning needs to develop holistic OCM plan (business engagement, communications, training deliverables needed with milestones, tasks, timeframes, and assumptions) that supports effective behavior change to meet project objectives

  • Create and deliver effective business engagement, communications, and learning deliverables according to OCM plan - using PPT and Word

  • Provide status reporting on progress and risk/issue management and mitigation

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of OCM and transformation experience with change management efforts for technology implementations

  • Experience with minimum of 2+ full lifecycle change management for technology projects

  • Experience with activities such as leadership alignment, stakeholder identification, readiness assessment, strategic message planning, and learning and support approaches

  • Experience with storytelling and visualization through Microsoft PowerPoint

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • Travel up to 25% (While up to 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • One of the following Accreditations obtained, or in process, or must be able/willing to obtain

  • Licensed CPA in State of Practice/Primary Office

  • Licensed Attorney

  • Enrolled Agent (required if signing tax returns)

  • Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP)

  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)

  • Certified Pension Consultant (CPC)

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)

  • A relevant technology vendor certification required for implementation and maintenance

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Previous Big 4 or other large technology consulting firm experience

  • Experience with global/multinational business change programs

  • Ability to develop and execute against a complex, multi-faceted communication and business engagement strategy, and expertise in producing organization-wide communications

  • Advanced experience with OCM principles

  • Experience conducting learning needs analysis and determining learning objectives; designing and developing training content (e.g., detailed storyboard)

  • Experience with organizational design and organizational effectiveness tasks and delivery

  • Ability to develop training deliverables using Storyline
