Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Operations, Oracle in San Jose, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Provide IT Consulting services to improve existing software, to adapt it to new hardware, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system. Design and develop software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Provide tech-enabled consulting services to clients. Direct daily operations of teams, analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, and developing standards. Analyze client needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Develop, maintain and expand senior client relationships and lead associate and client project teams from project planning through to execution. Develop a Proof of Concept for implementation of Oracle Configurator and work with teams on Oracle E Business Suite. Implement and upgrade Oracle E Business Suite. Prepare project management, plan, and estimate budgets and timelines for delivery using Microsoft Project Management tools. Set up Open Settlement Protocol operations in WIP (Work In Progress), create purchase orders for Outside Processing Jobs and define Quality Set Ups. Utilize ITIL framework to manage incidents, problem tickets and change requests for application maintenance and support. Create and develop test case reports and document use and test cases for Functional Testing and data validity testing with test scenarios. Design prototype and conceptual design for the detailed implementation of Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management modules. Gather and document functional requirements and change requests, and work with business contact points for finalization and signoffs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business Administration, MIS, CIS, or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, a Program Manager, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Implementing and upgrading Oracle E Business Suite;

  • Preparing project management, planning, and estimating budgets and timelines for delivery using Microsoft Project Management tools;

  • Setting up Open Settlement Protocol operations in WIP (Work In Progress), creating purchase orders for Outside Processing Jobs and defining Quality Set Ups;

  • Utilizing ITIL framework to manage incidents, problem tickets and change requests for application maintenance and support;

  • Creating and developing test case reports and documenting use and test cases for Functional Testing and Data validity testing with test scenarios;

  • Designing prototype and conceptual design for the detailed implementation of Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management modules;

  • Gathering and documenting functional requirements and change requests, and working with business contact points for finalization and signoffs.

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
