M&A ITSenior Manager

M&A IT is a MarketingOffering that provides services across all facets of M&A integration,separation, due diligence, and overall strategy. It is comprised of several differentpractices and disciplines: M&A, TS&A, SI, IM, Deloitte Digital, Oracle,and SAP; collaborating and working together to deliver solutions. Coordinating between teams and leveragingeach other s skills is M&A IT s defining strength. M&A IT advises and supports the client through the entirelifecycle while driving value in specific aspects of the lifecycle.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead and deliverlarge, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creativebusiness and technology solutions for large companies. Senior Managersareexpected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety ofways. You will be responsible forengagement management:

Lead engagement planning andbudgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structureand content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levelsat the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manageengagement economics; manage engagement risk.

Senior Managers manage day to day interactions withexecutive clients and sponsors:

-{PS..0}->Participate in BusinessDevelopment, develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at keyclients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of theproposal development process, contribute to the development of proposal pricingstrategies.

Senior Managers must contribute to Practice Development& Eminence:

Develop practicalsolutions and methodologies, develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, participate in public speaking events, get publishedin industry periodicals.

As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for peopledevelopment:

Perform the role of counselor and coach, provide inputand guidance into the staffing process, actively participate in staff recruitmentand retention activities, provide leadership and support for delivery teams andstaff in local offices.

M&A | Restructuring and CostTransformation

Our mandate is to enable our clients ability to grow, optimize, and fundamentally change the nature of theirbusiness and competitive position. We do this via M&A, divestiture, andrestructuring services from beginning to end.

Our Offering enables pre-deal andpost-deal integration, divestiture, and major restructuring/cost transformationactivities to achieve/exceed deal value, synergy targets, or strategic costtakeout objectives.

Qualifications

A candidate must meet the minimumexperience in one or more of the below:

Must have minimum of 8 years in M&A IT or M&A IT ServiceDelivery. SM s are expected tocontribute to the firm s growth and development in a variety of ways,responsibilities and skillsets include:

-{PS..1}->Provide corporate and privateequity buyers with a broad continuum of advisory services to support mergers,acquisitions, carve-outs, investment and financing structures, dispositionalternatives and post-transaction activities.

Manage the design, architecture,develop, release, operation, and maintenance of software and advanced analyticsproducts created from ideas generated within the Deloitte organization to helpclients proactively plan and implement post-merger integration activities aswell as manage complex carve out projects.

-{PS..2}->Manage integrated,cross-functional teams to deliver M&A engagements across all of phases ofthe M&A lifecycle include due-diligence, pre-close, and post-mergerintegration.

Lead clients thorough the complextransitions that come with transactions and transformations that are part ofthat journey including: target identification and pre-deal due diligence,M&A roadmaps, strategies, and synergy targets, developing Day 1 projectsand plans and post Day 1 planning and execution.

-{PS..3}->Manage business process analysis,mapping, and design for M&A projects focused on an IT work stream includingIT infrastructure separation, data center migration, applicationintegration/separation/rationalization, or IT synergies/cost reduction.

Manage day to day interactionswith executive clients and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with topdecision makers at key clients.

-{PS..4}->Participate and lead aspects ofthe proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposalpricing strategies.

Perform role of counselor andcoach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities;provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

-{PS..5}->Synthesize overall operationsstrategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the mostrelevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as businesscase, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting onoutputs.

Improve internal processes, andpromote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community ofpractice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Additional Requirements:

-{PS..6}->Experience planning andimplementing IT integration and separation projects as the result of M&Aactivity.

Strong oral and writtencommunication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).

-{PS..7}->Strong problem solving andtroubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Apply practical experience withcommunications, culture, and change management.

-{PS..8}->Ability to work independently andmanage multiple task assignments.

Experience with staff developmentand eagerness to mentor junior practitioners.
