Workyou ll do
As a Senior Manager, you will lead and deliverlarge, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creativebusiness and technology solutions for large companies. Senior Managersareexpected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety ofways. You will be responsible forengagement management:
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Lead engagement planningand budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverablestructure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from topmanagement levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of workproducts; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
Senior Managers manage day to day interactions withexecutive clients and sponsors:
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Participate in Business Development,develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizeand lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposaldevelopment process, contribute to the development of proposal pricingstrategies.
Senior Managers must contribute to Practice Development& Eminence:

As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for peopledevelopment:

M&A | Restructuring and CostTransformation

We do this via M&A, divestiture, andrestructuring services from beginning to end. Our Offering enables pre-deal andpost-deal integration, divestiture, and major restructuring/cost transformationactivities to achieve/exceed deal value, synergy targets, or strategic costtakeout objectives.
Integration and Divestiture Strategy and Execution helps define the approach tointegrate and/or divest client assets in a manner that realizes the valueassociated with the deal. The M&A& Restructuring Management offering advises, implements, deliverstransformative solutions to clients to optimize their central programmanagement office activities due to a pending/completed transaction,restructuring and cost transformation event.

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Manageengagements that lead clients thorough the complex transitions that come withtransactions and transformations that are part of that journey including:target identification and pre-deal due diligence, M&A roadmaps, strategies,and synergy targets, developing Day 1 projects and plans and post Day 1planning and execution.
-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Providecorporate and private equity buyers with a broad continuum of advisory servicesto support mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, investment and financingstructures, disposition alternatives and post-transaction activities.
-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Serve as atrusted advisor to clients in both the corporate and private equity space;synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selectingthe most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such asbusiness case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting andreporting on outputs.
-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Provideindustry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching,data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis andalgorithms that enables pre-deal and post-deal integration, divestiture, andmajor restructuring/cost transformation activities to achieve/exceed dealvalue, synergy targets, or strategic cost takeout objectives.
-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Manageservice excellence by identifying key client business issues, determiningclient needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools withinnovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developingrecommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Manageintegrated, cross-functional teams to deliver M&A engagements across all ofphases of the M&A lifecycle include due-diligence, pre-close, andpost-merger integration.
-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Manage anddeliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implementcreative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include,managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functionaldesign, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping,testing, training, defining support procedures.
-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Participateand lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to thedevelopment of proposal pricing strategies.
-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Performrole of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment andretention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams andstaff in local offices.
-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Improveinternal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributingto the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Bachelor's degree and 8 yearsconsulting and/or industry experience; alternatively an MBA with 7 yearsrelevant work experience is acceptable.
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Ability to travel 80-100%.
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Must be legally authorized to workin the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at anytime in the future.
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Experience planning andimplementing integration and separation projects as the result of M&Aactivity.
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Strong oral and writtencommunication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Strong problem solving andtroubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
