Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Manager: Human Services Transformation

We collaborate with teams from across our organization in order to bring the full breadth of Deloitte, its commercial and public sector expertise, to best support our clients. Our Technology team works with clients to help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses’ operations, processes, and performance.

Required

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in leading BPR for a large-scale government system with at least 1,000 users in a systems integrator, Implementation Support, and/or County/State role.

  • 3 years of experience conducting As-Is/To-Be analysis and documenting process reengineering.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • 3 years of Health & Human Services experience/Public Sector

Preferred

  • Experience with Integration Eligibility

  • Experience with Disco Process Modeling

  • Experience Industry Prints

  • Ability to support engagements of greater than average size and complexity

  • Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Prior professional services or government consulting experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
