Spark is an Advisory strategic initiative to explore and experiment in how we can better position Advisory s disruptive tech-enabled solutions with our clients. It combines technology, design, creativity and facilitation to create experiences that showcase our technologies through exploration, immersion and collaboration with our clients.Work you ll doThis role will give the candidate a unique opportunity to work with a wide array of clients and leaders to build and develop experiences that help our clients better understand and become excited about how our tech enabled solutions can address their challenges and opportunities.Primary responsibilities will include:Design, Execution and Program ManagementDeveloping and creating high quality and consistent immersive experiences using Advisory s tech-enabled solutionsDemonstrating strong facilitation, presentation and design skills, including the ability to understand and empathize with client/participant challenges, draw out key points, collaborate with the group and address in real-time.Leading and managing the coordination of one or more Spark experience solution streams, from developing, delivering and leading pilots and effectively transitioning of the experience to the solution teams. This will involve working closely with solution stakeholders including PPMDs and delegated personnel.Working with clients, as needed, to plan and orchestrate Spark Experiences as well as coordinating all aspects with the engagement delivery team.Leading / supporting special projects as the Spark strategy continues to evolveWorking collaboratively with a highly creative and motivated team The teamThe Spark team sits within Advisory and is primarily focused on positioning Advisory s disruptive tech-enabled solutions with our clients. This includes creating Lab-like experiences, running expo-style events and working closely with leaders, solutions owners, and engagement teams to help them best position their tech-enabled solutions with our clients. We are entering our second year and have a bold strategy. We are looking for good people who thrive in highly collaborative environments but can also work and lead projects independently with minimal oversight. The ability to constructively and effectively advise and consult externally with both clients and internally with our own teams is a must. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing Manager with strong interpersonal skills, project management skills, and a passion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams. Strengths in working with technology is a plus.
