Work You ll DoContribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including engagement management, client management, business development, practice development and eminence, and people development. Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk. Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Oversee day-to-day work and participate in setting engagement objectives including coordinating activities between work streams, defining structure and content of deliverables, developing work plans, and identifying areas of improvement. Develop practical solutions and methodologies; assist in developing thoughtware and point-of-view documents. Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Lead team in the development of growth strategies with business cases for Telecommunication, Technology, or Media and Entertainment companies and simultaneously oversee multiple client engagements, focused on solving clients' growth and profitability challenges. Define scope of engagements, assign team members to projects, and mitigate and manage clients' financial and reputation risk exposure. Advise clients' senior executives on improving growth and profitability through defining strategy agenda and develop projects and cases that identify design and implement creative business and technology solutions. Define new product categories, business models and operating models for clients focused on addressing challenges including poor performance of current products, pricing and revenue models and inefficiencies in operations. Guide the development of detailed quantitative analysis of work associated with developing meaningful insights to addressing the clients' biggest challenges through overseeing the analysis of market conditions including socio-economic, political and legal factors and foreign market competition. Oversee all design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contracts and client needs and improve quality of deliverables through verification and validation of results.
