Work you ll do

Reporting the Global SWIFT Technology Director, the Senior Technology Relationship Manager SWIFT will serve on the SWIFT account team and partner with the Global SWIFT Technology Director to provide oversight and management of the portfolio and portfolio roadmap, with primary focus on current state and in-flight deployments of the SWIFT / GFS solution. Assist the Global SWIFT Technology Director with guiding the deployment of solutions for the Member Firms yet to be on SWIFT initial deployments and enhancements for Member Firms that are currently on SWIFT. Liaise with entire ITS account team to drive consistency, accountability and transparency. Provide oversight of deployment capabilities and assist on an as-needed basis. Assist the Global SWIFT Technology Director with portfolio period reporting, financials and compliance.

Responsible to coordinate and deliver the SWIFT deployment for member firms in the current and upcoming waves

Assist in the Global Director in the construction, design, operations, and maintenance for repeatable deployment capability for implementations in member firms for the SWIFT Front and back office SAP S/4 HANA solution

Recruit, staff and train personnel for the repeatable deployment capability for implementations in member firms for the SWIFT Front and back office SAP S/4 HANA solution

Liaise with all software development and enhancement projects and support for SAP S/4 with the DAS organization. Understand deeply both internal teams and offshore vendor teams project delivery, plans, and ensure deployment plans are built accordingly

Monitor complex build activities, integrate designs across multiple technologies and projects and build deployment plans accordingly.

Scale up complex system testing environment to support Global deployments and reduce cycle times.

Assist client with configuration design decisions. Participate in client meetings on subject matter expertise as appropriate.

Lead a team that completes the standard client discussions and configurations required to power the platform. Participate in client meetings on subject matter expertise as appropriate.

Oversee complex decisions and make recommendations to customers/clients.

Provide leadership with regular status updates and potential issues.

Go-to person for any issues or items around the SWIFT deployments. Lead deployment discussions and activities.

Manage daily progress and status of deliverables on projects.

Manage proper staffing.

Ensure that all deployment project resources are focused on the effort they are aligned to.

Promote effective teamwork and spirit of partnership.


Account & Relationship Management: engage in discussions with senior leaders from both Advisory and ITS to understand the business needs and technology strategy. Includes defining the opportunity and building the business case.

Budget & Cost Management : provide full transparency on state of Advisory portfolio (current and future) that is comprehensive, accurate and reliable.

Portfolio & Program Management: serve on the Advisory account team; be accountable for project delivery across the portfolio, guiding all members of the account team, and delivery teams to ensure on time and on budget delivery.

Focus on Impact:

Understand clients' business strategy and needs, and possesses ability to translate those for effective solution delivery

Influence and guide ongoing improvements to portfolio governance, standards and processes, including leading development of common templates, tools, processes & best practices

Find opportunities for evolving our delivery model and increase responsiveness & nimbleness for the account team and the solutions they bring to market.

Proliferate an entrepreneur, business-mindset within ITS, and set the standard for being easy to do business with.

Create integration points, leading discussions on the art of the possible by facilitating connections across areas within the portfolio, outside of the portfolio, and across business and IT groups.

Focus on People:

Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork with their clients and ITS.

Ensure the right people are at the table to drive seamless execution across all ITS delivery channels, bringing forth the best of ITS.

Play an integrator role across the portfolio to ensure all viewpoints are considered in order to get to the best answer.
