Work You ll Do

Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements, such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpret and report on outputs. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Engage in research and analysis to derive insights on the needs of diverse customers to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market/industry penetration and growth in specific targeted geographies. Conduct customer segmentation and map out the journey of these customers through the company s processes. Identify and address the unique needs and challenges of different customer segments to perform targeted data collection and analytics that results in solutions for clients, including differential targeted strategies by geography. Drive innovative and transformative solutions for global fortune 500 companies that address their next generational needs. Conduct detailed analyses in focused specialty areas to draw conclusions and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations based on structured frameworks. Create pricing models. Analyze digital platforms and their ability to engage users from different demographics and the risk potential for negative user experience. Guide conversations with client workstreams, determine the exact needs and expectations of the project, and confirm these with client leadership. Provide guidance and direction to corporate clients on the product engagement of diverse consumers and provide analytical insight into the needs of consumers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Examine client products to assess risk potential and analyze how users from different demographics historically and currently interact with products. Identify and record key deadlines for the workstream in the client engagement to ensure clear communication, organization, and coordination between multiple parties. Construct a work plan around deadlines to quickly and effectively achieve client goals and allowing for reasonable work time and unexpected delays or pivots. Create clear, effective, and detailed deliverable content, including written, visual, and oral deliverables, which are informed by research, analytics, and client meetings. Present content that addresses client needs in solutioning sessions to drive toward a decision, and validate that decision with client leadership to drive the company s growth and progress.



  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

  • Eighteen months of experience with data analytics, engagement control, financial models creation, automation, maintenance, and database management.

  • Experience must include eighteen months of:

  • Utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel, Excel VBA, and business analysis tools to monitor project progress and identify business opportunities;

  • Developing volume rebate program, menu pricing, and fee arrangement proposals by refining the scope of work, building task codes, and performing financial analyses, including margin analysis and scenario analysis using Microsoft Excel;

  • Creating financial summaries, management reports, revenue and expense charts, slides, and dashboards to drive engagement efficiency and profitability utilizing queries and SAP business tools;

  • Preparing engagement letters, work orders, and inter-firm agreements to supply commentary regarding budgets and staffing models, including Microsoft PowerPoint slides on project lifecycle and financial risks;

  • Developing project maps and post-mortem reviews for Microsoft Excel financial models and formalizing project management using Microsoft Excel Data Manager, SharePoint, and Teams;

  • Creating project-level automated Microsoft Excel models and Business Intelligence dashboards to assist with financial planning and data quality control;

  • Assisting in the creation of data governance templates using Excel VBA, SAP Analytics, and database queries to improve data quality and accuracy, provide timely financial reporting, and facilitate a shared understanding of financial metrics and data sources; and

  • Collaborating with Tax, Technology, and Finance teams to define project success and implement actionable project plans using Google and Microsoft Project Management software.
