Deloitte Project Delivery Senior Analyst - Program Manager - TSP in San Francisco, California

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Work with our project team and our client's to coordinate the implementation of software/service from the business side

  • You will support all aspects of the business cycle, which will include proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations

  • You will be creating training materials, compiling requirements, compiling data for suppliers, testing and integration

  • You will be assisting with the planning and implementing service transitions

  • You will be supporting requirements management and change management processes

  • You will be working with various aspects of the project to gather and providing data analysis to stakeholders

  • You will be working on the data analysis, interpretation, and on the presentation of clients KPIs/SLAs; own, prepare, and present content for weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews

  • You will be organizing regular service reviews with client to cover program status, program issues, action items and change requests

  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement

  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

    Qualifications

    Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience with Mandiant

  • 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Engineering

  • 3+ years' experience with Program Management

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Role is remote

  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills

  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 86,000 to $143,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
