Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in San Francisco, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Oversee teams to respond to client request for proposals (RFPs) by articulating Deloitte s approach to business problems in areas of supply chain for clients across various industries. Lead project deliveries and ensure efficient solutions to client issues. Manage team providing consulting services to clients in a variety of industries, act as a liaison with high level client counterparts, and conduct workshops, executive meetings presentations for project updates. Lead teams at client sites and deliver high-value engagements. Create project plans, budgets staffing models to prepare for projects. Provide direction to team members on the project deliverables, monitor progress against milestones & quality check deliverables. Conduct risk assessment, prepare and implement risk mitigation strategies and develop on-going governance by implementing solutions using Aravo, Trillium, SAP Ariba, SAP BusinessObjects, Dun & Bradstreet Risk Management, Hiperos, and RSA Archer. Guide large scale Supply Chain Business Analytics projects with MS SQL, Oracle Applications, Informatica, SAP BusinessObjects. Identify supply chain optimization opportunities in order to reduce cost of goods sold. Facilitate buy-in of proposed supply chain solutions from client executives by supporting business development efforts. Oversee multiple large scale data analysis and data warehousing projects to improve supply chain analytics by leveraging Informatica, Oracle, and Kinaxis.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience providing consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.
Must have five years of experience with:
Conducting risk assessment, preparing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and developing on-going governance by implementing solutions using Aravo, Trillium, SAP Ariba, SAP BusinessObjects, Dun & Bradstreet Risk Management, Hiperos, and RSA Archer;
Guiding large scale Supply Chain Business Analytics projects with MS SQL, Oracle Applications, Informatica, SAP BusinessObjects;
Identifying supply chain optimization opportunities in order to reduce cost of goods sold;
Facilitating buy-in of proposed supply chain solutions from client executives by supporting business development efforts;

80% travel required.
