Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Strategy & Analytics, Strategy in San Francisco, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Serving as a trusted advisor to clients and partnering with them to make clear data-driven choices in order to drive growth and enterprise value. Architecting integrated programs that transform clients businesses, including organizational alignment, capability building, technology / cloud based solutions and holistic implementation programs. Managing day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Participating with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients. Participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Engaging in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and provide actionable using methodologies to measure, govern, and evaluate performance. Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Developing business cases and financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel and conducting stakeholder consultations to influence C-Suite decisions and strategic growth, and estimate resource allocation, schedules, and timelines. Building go-to-market strategy by performing competitive analysis, identifying customer personas and journeys, and developing sales enablement material. Developing product design and strategy by conducting capability gap assessment and understanding evolving customer trends, and influencing stakeholder and executive decisions on product roadmap and operations. Recommending organic and inorganic growth strategies by conducting primary market research on the competitive landscape, evaluating existing product features and pricing, and developing partner ecosystem strategy. Creating playbooks outlining processes, from strategy to execution, required to accelerate the launch of key market offerings. Analyzing data using MySQL, Oracle, and Excel to develop insights on customer preferences, process gaps, and technology. Applying Six Sigma, data analytics, and systems dynamics methodologies to optimize processes and assisting with the design and implementation of business solutions focused on achieving growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Master s degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree field or a related field of study.

  • Three years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have three years of experience with:

  • Developing business cases and financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel and conducting stakeholder consultations to influence C-Suite decisions and strategic growth, and estimate resource allocation, schedules, and timelines;

  • Building go-to-market strategy by performing competitive analysis, identifying customer personas and journeys, and developing sales enablement material;

  • Developing product design and strategy by conducting capability gap assessment and understanding evolving customer trends, and influencing stakeholder and executive decisions on product roadmap and operations;

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and five years of experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
