Manager, Enterprise Architect, Technology Strategy & Transformation
Today s businesses need to implement enterprise-wide technology platforms to drive consistency in execution, create transparency to costs and risks, and help improve compliance and efficiency across programs and operations. We re looking for a manager who canadvise clients in setting up and/or enhancing their architecture function and processes.
Work you ll do:
Develop, maintain and grow client relationships, and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.
Manage and deliver client engagements that develop Enterprise, Reference, Domain and Solution Architectures
Manage teams to develop architectural artifacts, architecture function operating models and process definitions, architecture governance models and process definitions
ProvideArchitecture Subject Matter Expertise to Deloitte and Client teams

Our Enterprise Technology (EnTech) team works with clients to transform their technology delivery by collaborating with CIOs, Technology Executives, and their teams. Together we work to establish IT operating models based on the implications of next generation and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology, and the operational expectations of an organization.
Our team of experienced technologists understand the interwoven nature technology plays in all aspects of today s business environment and focus on helping our clients shift from foundational delivery of technology to being the strategic business partner and catalyst for change. Our Agile/DevOps/Lean technology experts work to transform the workforce of our clients into the next generation of technology service delivery teams.
6 years of relevant industry or consulting experience
Experience in managing a variety of architecture projects
Experience across many layers of architecture, including: business architecture, application architecture, information architecture and technology architecture
Experience across many types of architecture, including: Enterprise Architecture, Domain Architecture, Reference Architecture, Solution Architecture
Experience leading the development of Architecture Guiding Principles and Architecture blueprints, usually through collaborative client workshops.
Knowledge of key architecture governance models, underlying tools, and supporting processes (e.g. architecture approval, architecture change control, architecture's role in project and standards oversight).
Experience in Architecture Development Methodologies such as TOGAF ADM or similar
Experience defining metrics that communicate the benefits of an architecture program to the business; tracking to what extent those benefits are being delivered on an ongoing basis; and identifying metric stakeholders and owners.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Ability to travel 80-100%
Bachelor s degree or relevant experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Eagerness to mentor Deloitte and Client staff.
Experience with Enterprise Architecture Tools e.g. Orbus, Troux
