Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Commercial Excellence & Experience in San Francisco, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities for team. Drive the identification of business requirements, functional design, and process design, including scenario design and flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Responsible for feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new and revised applications systems and programs. Work with team to deliver and deploy strategy, design, and implementation of web content management, digital asset management, and other technology solutions in the digital content space. Prepare activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the applications systems and programming section. Assign personnel to various projects and direct activities. Design and architect customer relationship management systems and perform data loading activities utilizing Salesforce.com. Perform solution testing, system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing using JIRA, and HP Quality Center. Gather and document functional and technical requirements for customer relationship management and business intelligence system development utilizing Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Representational State Transfer (REST). Perform data loading activities, data scrubbing, data cleansing and data transformation using data loader. Develop solution prototypes, configuration and customization changes on Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to meet requirements. Gather and document functional and technical requirements for customer relationship management and business intelligence system development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Technology, Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS or a related field.

  • Five years of experience as a Manager, as a Senior Consultant, Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Designing and architecting customer relationship management systems and performing data loading activities utilizing Salesforce.com;

  • Performing solution testing, system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing using JIRA and HP Quality Center;

  • Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements for customer relationship management and business intelligence system development utilizing Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Representational State Transfer (REST);

  • Performing data loading activities, data scrubbing, data cleansing and data transformation using data loader;

  • Developing solution prototypes, configuration and customization changes on Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to meet requirements;

  • Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements for customer relationship management and business intelligence system development.

  • 80% travel required.
