Work You ll Do
Designing and implementing solutions that engage and activate customers through the customer journey. Managing day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients; participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Performing role of counselor and coach. Actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities. Providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Synthesizing overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, interpreting, and reporting on outputs. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Participating in various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for software applications, which may including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Evaluating clients technology needs, developing customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identifying and mitigating risks in process and technology for client engagements. Functioning as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Developing dashboard wireframes and design requirements based on discussion with an understanding of technical and visual design considerations. Developing and maintaining project deliverables for clients for all phases of the software development lifecycle to substantially build the system functionalities. Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications. Researching user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Tracking application defects using defect tracking tools; coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimating time and resources needed for the development work. Designing sub-components of larger application systems. Integrating the applications with each other and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.
Must have five years of experience with:
Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing, training and deployment of E-commerce and/or Web solutions for enterprise-level clients;
Analysing business requirements and interfacing with clients to design technical solution using Agile methodology and/or Waterfall methodology;
Developing technical design specifications, including navigation flows, logic diagrams, process models, data models, and pseudo code for design and development of solutions;
Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications;
Researching user reported issues with implemented solutions, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams;
Reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using JIRA;
Coordinating with cross-functional onshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks.
80% travel required.
